  1. Check Antivirus and make sure one is installed.
  2. Run Virus & Malware scans.
  3. Run defrag on machine.
  4. Remove programs running in background that is not needed.
  5. Computer will be Vacuumed out and cleaned of dust.
  6. Give over all assessment of machine.
